Registration and application for grant are available at the following Link

Registration fee:

• Early registration fee (until April 29th 2022): 120 euro.
• Late registration fee (from April 30th 2022): 160 euro.

Registration fee includes lunch (5 meals) and coffee breaks.

Grants:

There are grants covering accommodation (at the postgraduate dorm Reyes Católicos) for some of the young participants (master and PhD students, postdocs).
The number of grants will depend on the financial support that we get, we will try to give as many grants as we can. Candidates will be selected under the supervision of the School’s Scientific Committee and young women will be given priority.

All participants (except the invited speakers) should pay the registration fee. If you apply for a grant, you can pay either when you register or wait for the accommodation grant notification. If you decide to wait, then select “payment by bank transfer” during the registration (you can pay later by credit card or bank transfer).

Important dates:

• Submission deadline and grant application: April 18th 2022.
• Notification of acceptance on contributions and grants: April 22nd 2022.
• Early registration until: April 29th 2022.

Warning:

We would like to warn about an advertising scam that targets speakers and participants at numerous meetings around the world. One of these scams claiming to relate to our school and trying to arrange accomodation has kindly been drawn to our attention by one of our speakers. To be clear, this company and others ARE NOT IN ANY WAY affiliated to our school. So please if you receive one of these calls, just IGNORE it.
